Y./EWORLDWIRE/Sep. 29, 2005 --- The National Community Research Initiative, Inc.(NCRI) today publicly announced a joint venture agreement with EnCellon Inc., a California-based biotech company w ith multiple patents for inducement of cellular energy in chronic diseases and ageing. "This joint venture is in keeping with our mission of promoting and expediting research in treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and other chronic medical conditions," said Gary Paul Whaley, one of the founding members of NCRI, president and CEO.
