NCRI Announces Joint Venture Agreement With EnCellon, Inc.

FULTON, N. Y./EWORLDWIRE/Sep. 29, 2005 --- The National Community Research Initiative, Inc.(NCRI) today publicly announced a joint venture agreement with EnCellon Inc., a California-based biotech company w ith multiple patents for inducement of cellular energy in chronic diseases and ageing.

"This joint venture is in keeping with our mission of promoting and expediting research in treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and other chronic medical conditions," said Gary Paul Whaley, one of the founding members of NCRI, president and CEO.

Additionally, in a coordinated effort for this joint venture NCRI released a Clinical Data Management Upgrade to its MEDSYS Data Aggregation Network Software, which will be used by EnCellon Inc. in its nationwide and international clinical trials study of EnCell.

Chairman of NCRI's Scientific Advisory Committee and co-inventor of EnCell, Dr. Anthony J. Meduri, Ph.D. D.Sc., believes that this new expandable upgrade to MEDSYS is the key to success, allowing for unlimited sharing of clinical data with perfection. Meduri states, "The nature of the HIV beast requires a united effort in preparation for the success of our multi-nation campaign in cooperation with the NGO Association of Sub-Saharan Africa."
