Position – District Manager
Territory – Dallas, TX, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, and Omaha etc…
Team and products promoted: Primary Care Diabetes Team- Prandin, Fortamet, and Fenoglide. Experience in diabetes markets a plus.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in a science or business related area with a minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Successful completion of field trainer rotation and District Manager Assessment Center (or equivalent experience).
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical business.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, including conducting oral presentation to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors, where appropriate.
• Ability to effectively supervise and manage multiple individuals, mentoring, coaching and training them in an effective fashion.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
