We are a medical staffing agency specializing in per-diem and travel nursing in the northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. We service many of the major hospitals and medical centers and fill numerous specialties including RNs and allied healthcare professionals. Our assignments are usually 13 weeks at a time and we are among the highest paying agencies, with housing, health care benefits and more.

About the Opportunity/Requirements:     compress
Will assume active leadership role to influence the achievement of desired clinical, financial and resource outcomes. Will also implement initiatives to work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams designed to improve patient care through effective utilization and monitoring of healthcare resources. Requirements include a Degree in a healthcare discipline and three to five years experience in an acute care environment. Two years experience in a management/supervisory capacity is strongly preferred.
12 week contract / 8 hour days
