In this position the qualified candidate will plan, develop, facilitate and coordinate the operation of the organization in accordance with the requirements of JCAHO and other applicable regulatory and/or accrediting agencies. Applicant must have a BS or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, at least two years of acute care hospital pharmacy experience, two years as a licensed pharmacist and ASHP accredited Residency preferred. Must be licensed by the state of Connecticut or eligible for licensure.
